The Sloop Restauration leaves here for Norway, Monday October 20th.

The ship is a replica of the sloop that brought the first Norwegian immigrants to America in 1825. The ship is scheduled to begin its return voyage on this day, having retraced the voyage of the original ship. Pending final approval by NYC EDC, the ship is set to be docked alongside the Mary A. Whalen from October 15-20.
